David closes his eyes to the other side of the coin

David writes: "The Turkey of today has also also not been able to own up to the genocides it perpetrated against Indigenous Christians in the 20th century (Armenians, Assyrians, and Greeks)."

David conveniently leaves out the role of the ruling powers in sowing enmity among the ethnic constituents of the Ottoman empire to facilitate the dismantling of the empire, and the willing collaboration of some of these ethnic groups.

I suggest new prescription glasses to alleviate myopia.
