Mr. Pipes, United Nation's resolution 1973 under NATO bombardment brought about the current situation in Libya. As in your last paragraph, you do not need to be nervous in wishing Libyans well as President Obama has made circumstances like this very clear to the whole world, "PEACE WILL NOT COME THROUGH STATEMENTS AND RESOLUTIONS AT THE UN." This is a statement expected to come from Mullah Umar & Co. but is more terror-fying when it came from the PREFECT of the SECURITY COUNCIL in the person of President Obama. The rebel/al-qa'ida/racist whom the West and America coin as revolutionist are fully aware of this and see NATO's intervention in toppling Gaddafi as the hand of God in aiding their cause, the Allahu Akbar they chanted whenever NATO bombards or make progress answers all questions. Dictator is now removed; they may end up in the hands of Jihadist/Islamist or in a democratic mess with former better and is a lost glory, the best Libyans could now do is to disprove President Obama that PEACE IS ASSURED THROUGH STATEMENT AND RESOLUTIONS AT THE UNITED NATION.
