I contacted Network Solutions about suspending the site, here is what they said....

Reader comment on item: Will Geert Wilders Show His Film on the Koran[, Fitna]?

Submitted by Kierstin (United States), Mar 28, 2008 at 22:24

I was told that they have suspended the site (www.fitnathemovie.com) due to more than 1500 complaints about the film today alone; they said they are reviewing the site (although they deny it is the content that they object to) and have made numberous attempts to contact the film maker, but have not been able to reach him and he has not returned their calls.

I scolded them for allow radical Islam to intimidate them. I ask where there backbone (& other body parts) was. I asked them what they think will happen if everyone bows to islam over this issue, including Liveleak (a site in which I watched all of the hostages being beheaded & many islamic terrorist videos, unedited).

They have assured me that if he would contact them, they could work something out and allow the film to be shown. They refuse to elaborate on what the issues were, as I am not the client, but they said it was not content or fear (yeah right).

What is happening to the world? Perhaps they should read Patrick Henry's speech - "give me liberty or give me death".

If a cartoonist was beheaded, a bounty placed upon the head of a fiction writer and companies like LiveLeak, what will the world be like in another 10 years? In the near future will death sentences be issued automatically when someone says or does something that islam finds offensive? Will governments offer to round up the people (infidels) that have made these "offensive" statements, in an attempt to gain favor with islam, thus sparing the country from attack?

Winston Churchill said that appeasement is feed the alligator, hoping that [he] will eat you last. How true.

Whatever next?

Why are we allowing islam to dictate ANYTHING to us? Where are all the brave trailblazers that made this countr great? I think I know; hiding under their desks.
