Finding Weapons of Mass destruction does count

Reader comment on item: Iraq's Weapons & The Road to War

Submitted by Anne Clouse (Canada), Jun 3, 2003 at 15:24

Tony Blair and George W. Bush said Saddam was going to attack. It was sold as "Weapons of Mass Destruction".

Bush & Blair lied. They knew they were lying. They have opened "Pandora's Box".

Great plan. Bomb and destroy a country that can't threaten anybody and then hire all your good friends to rebuild it. Charge Iraq and the taxpayers.

Saddam was a despot but that was not a reason to go to war. All the bodies they are digging up are because of George Sr. who told them to rise up and then didn't do anything to protect them in the first Gulf War.
