The Palestinian State of Terror
Reader comment on item: Does Israel Need a Plan?

Submitted by Arlinda DeAngelis (United States), Feb 3, 2003 at 14:46

The Palestinians should be transferred out of the West Bank and Gaza back to the land of their origin, Jordan, from where they were exiled. There is precedent for the transfer. Jordan exiled this group because of the political threat they presented to the nation. Israel is entitled to the same consideration.

The reason for Palestinian transfer out of the Gaza and West Bank is that they are not a nation, but a group of exiles. Their designation as a non-governmental organization (NGO) is an invention of the United Nations to designate the group of exiles as something. The designation of NGO does not a sovereign nation make. A sovereign nation cannot engage in a treaty or a peace agreement with an organization which is not a country. For instance, the United States government cannot engage in a treaty or peace agreement with the University of Palermo in Italy, the Louvre in France or the Canadian Mounted Police in Canada or the Zulu Tribe of South Africa. Organizations such as these along with corporations, banks, churches etc. exist with the permission of the host country. The United Nations itself cannot, on its own separate from the member countries, execute, engage in or declare a treaty or peace agreement agreement with a group of people. Why then Israel?

The rise of the nation state is predicated on the fact that a group of people are separate from another group of people by DNA, political systems, language, culture, economics, religion etc. It is an expedient method of advancing civilization to plan and execute a peaceful existence. The Islamic Mid-East along with their allies in Europe and Asia wish to return to a more tribal world. The Palestinians do not even meet the criteria for tribe.

Nations have a designated military, an economy and institutions. They are a responsible entity easily identified and their populations can be held accountable as a nation. The Palestinians can execute, write, state and proclaim anything and are accountable for nothing.

The non-governmental organization of Palestine cannot exist without donations from the United States, Israel and various other Arab countries. It is their only source of income. It is an organization which in the fifty years of its existence cannot rule, lead, support, house, feed, protect and/or educate their population. It defines itself by the terrorism it inflicts.

The society itself suffers from transience, disorder and chaos. It is a nation so chaotic that even biology is turned upside down with mothers proclaiming to have the privilege of bearing children to die for Jihad. It is a society that claims it is so impoverished that they cannot afford a military to protect their population from outside agression, hence the use of their children!! It is a society that is uneducated and impoverished because their leaders enrich themselves by taking the major portion of donations and payments for terror and the population spur them on.

Peace is in the interest of the democratic nation of Israel as it is with all other democratic nations in the world. Israel is entitled to peace and, if the United Nations with its continuing inability to enforce its own resolutions fails to resolve this issue, then the United States should make Israel part of NATO and resolve the matter militarily by returning the Palestinians to Jordan or maybe even France.
