Cristol Didn't Verify His Israeli Sources

During Jay's presentation to the Middle East Institute on December 18, 2002 I asked him how he verified that the people he interviewed in Israel who claimed to have participated in the attack actually were the participants they claim to be.

He said he did not verify their claims.

I asked him if he compared the accounts they told him during his interviews with their testimony during the investigations the Israelis claimed to have conducted.

He said he did not.

One has to wonder how much of what he wrote has not been verified or confirmed.
