I did not have time to read all of your quotes, but I did notice that Matt 15:21-28 quote, and was planning to comment on it, but I see that Sword has saved me the trouble of doing so.

Quoting out of context in that way completely misses the meaning of the incident, and one could wreak havoc with some verses if taken in isolation. John 8:7 comes to mind:
'But when they continued asking him, he looked up and said to them, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw the first stone at her." '
Incitement to murder ? Maybe, if one ignores what comes before and after.
