One thing al-Quaeda has learned is their best weapon is the media. If you can manipulate that, you win half the battle. That's why we all should be careful and objective with each and every news story.

I don't automatically agree even with my usual news sources at all times. I also am someone who will definitely ban what I feel justified to ban. I really don't want anyone I oppose profitting from my money. After CBS put forward a 'news' story supported by forged documents (memogate), I banned them on principle. A lot of people did, and they are feeling the pain now.

Here is a link to an article about the BBC's dishonesty. I knew there was a reason I quit listening to them. I must have gotten tired of their slant. I only listened to them on the radio though and sometimes radio stations seem to be quite a bit more vocal in their views than their TV counterparts.
