All other countries have representative election systems which makes their government unstable not like in USA and UK. 2. Democracy can not be exported. See the bad luck with that in all of Africa. 3. Do the Iraqis want democracy? I am not convinced at all. Remember what happened in Argentine after Perón? Only by not counting the white votes it was possible to give the government to so called democrats. With your fear of what will come out of the export of democracy to the middle east, I agree after what can be seen in Africa.
