It is very simple
fact: muslims are members of an organization known as islam
fact: the book of islam is the koran
fact: the koran instructs followers (muslims) to kill unbelievers (non-muslims)
question: Are we to allow an individual who has professed allegiance to an organization (islam) which promotes and demands killing those who do not believe in islam to participate in the process which regulates law and order in civilization?
option 1: we allow muslims to participate in the organization of civilization (government affairs) and we prepare to become muslim. {islam does not permit a mixture of some islam and some 'other', and since no process exists to prevent all islam - it is all islam or else - read the koran}
option 2: we forbid muslims from participating in government affairs and continue living as we do now (as Christians, Jews, Atheists, Buddhists, Hindus, etc - except islam, which cannot be permitted because islam excludes the option of religious choice - read the koran)
Mind what for you seek, lest it come true.
