understanding the arab culture

I just wanted to say I heard of the murder and was so upset, especially what Tina's sister said.
What the Isa family did to their own daughter was a very old tradition. Not all Arabic familys kill their children for honor. These people were crazy, and for the mother to hold her down while she got stabbed to death is pur EVIL. This act has nothing to do with arabs or muslims. If a girl makes a sinful mistake the family will usually try and help her to cover her mistakes or get her married, but not take her life. No where in the Koran does it say to kill your daughter if she makes a mistake.
