Remember in "Forensic Files" the narrator said the FBI didn't consider Zein "important enough" to closely monitor 24 hours a day & even after the murder the tapes had to be translated from Arabic. This was also in 1989 I forget & I am sure there was an even more limited number of Arab translators in the FBI.
