Well said, Lana! I couldn't express it better. That's why I repeat in all my posts that it is a must that we DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANY REASON NOR DO ALLOW THEM TO CONTACT US. Because then, the nice and sweet words are back, they confuse us again and we are trapped one more time in that foggy cloud. No contact, no confusion. In the end, they have taught us how to ignore a person! We should implement this technique against its masters!
