Need to learn from TG Tudor and Sam Vankin...on average it takes 6 months of complete NO CONTACT to break the bonds with this disorder...BTW its epidemic about 95% with ME men. Coz? Displaced coping injury as as a child. NO CONTACT is the only cure. Educate yourself...I'm at almost a year...it was HELL the first 3 months. Realize it is both a chemical bond, mental brainwashing and a spiritual bond (of the dark side). RUN!!
