Abu Ali caseReader comment on item: [The Abu Ali Case and] Balancing Liberties, Security Submitted by Darwin S. Stamper (Panama), Mar 1, 2005 at 20:33 If this Abu Ali was tortured and beaten with a whip it should be verifyable by scars on his back. I read that a doctor examined him and said he had not been whipped. What is the truth? Why don´t we see more about the medical exam in the papers? If Abu Ali did indeed take part in the planning of terrorist strikes in Saudi Arabis where nine of his countrymen died and he plotted to kill Americans he is guilty of treason against this county. yet, I hear no one mention the crime of treason.
