khilafat is islamic style democracy

i feel that Muslims must adopt the Khilafat system .....which is our own system of ruling and constitution must be quran .as we read in quran"...And whosoever does not rule by what Allah has revealed, such are the Thalimoun (oppressors, tyrants and wrong-doers)." (TMQ 5:44)
"...And whosoever does not rule by what Allah has revealed, such are the Kafiroun(disbelievers)." (TMQ 5:45)

"...And whosoever does not rule by what Allah has revealed, such are the Fasiqoun (rebellious, disobedient)." (TMQ 5:47) so if we rule by democracy that means we are rebellious ....we have to understand what is our way of life...........
