My dear sayed the tablighee you wrote:

Bogus Arabic or is this the Quraishi dialect? What a joke. Now let me help you the word is:
al-dhaalimuun
You are clueless about the difference between the Arabic letter Theh and dhal.
Then you wrote:
>Fasiqioun (rebellious, disobediant)
What a joke. The word is: al-faasiquuna
and why do you tablighee that know no Arabic have no clue about the definite articlein Arabic: al-?
Now the word al-faasiquuna's root is FSQ and the word here means: Those who are godless, sinful, dissolute, wanton, licentious, vicious, offender, sinner, fornicator. (See Hand Wehr page 713B) and nothing about your bogus "rebelious, disobediant" and where did you get this false translation from? And do you really know what is plagiarism?
