Shahzad's comments and the naivette demonstrated by various Western countries reminds me of a comic strip called Bringing up Father. The main character has a brother in law who keeps sponging off him but ultimately the man kicks him out of his house. The reasoning he gives is"I did not object when he borrowed my best suit. I did not object when he drank my rarest of rare whisky. I did not object to his smoking my best cigars. But when he borrowed my dentures and laughed at me through them I kicked him out!". Shahzad and others are laughing at you through your dentures and you do not even know it yet! I am not laughing.
