Please explain the thinking of the "anti-islamist Muslim" , as you say; considering that islamism and terror are the true heart of islam, as far as I can determine, how can any Muslim 'not' support islamism ? By the way, I caught you on BBC radio the other day. Good as usual. Thanks for all you do.

I do not agree that "Islamism and terror are the true heart of Islam." That's simplistic and inaccurate. There are alternate forms of Islam that emphasize different aspects of the religion.
