A rather demeaning world attitude?

XX "It takes a cynical mind not to share in the achievement of Iraq's national elections."XX Taken along with reports in the German media yesterday, such as, and along the lines of "Obama congratulates Irak on poll results", etc. Last time I heard anything being talked at like this was when my "Father" was house training a puppy. Realy rather an arrogant way to treat a country I would have said.
