Not too long ago a former Bush advisor expressed disgust that in the Oval Office on 9/12/01 there were people talking about Afghanistan as only the first planned invasion, the second being Iraq... "and some were event talking about IRAN!" he exploded.

I should hope so!

But after Iran? The pea isn't under any of the shells. It's in the operator's hand. It always was. Islamism is its name. But an expanding Islam was what created the West to begin with, wasn't it? It gives me pause. If we defeat the cause of the West, will its effect disappear?
