And out of that frustration the nations will say, "We applied healing to Babylon, but she was not healed; forsake her and let us each go to his own country, for her judgment has reached to heaven," (vs. 9). So Obama's "hope" will be fulfilled -- U.S. troops will come home months earlier than planned. In failure at reconstruction. Then the real doom begins for Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans.
