The "abhorrent Nepalese violence" was not against terrorists.It was against an innocent Muslim minority. Of course, one of the agendas of militants is to engineer ethnic strife in countries with Muslim minorities.

What happened in Nepal was very much to their liking,I'm afraid. On the other hand whatever France did, it certainly didn't compromise on the headscarf issue. Thank you.Vinod
