Is There Moderate Islam?

I see no evidence of there being moderate Islam. I do not believe that our policy should be based upon the "possibility of change." I recently read a short history on Thomas Jefferson and Islam (the Barbary Coast Wars) and we seem to be in the same place. As we wage our war against the terrorists, we have to look at the reality of what is occurring.
