I don`t know how such nonsense, in essence, was passed by 13 "representatives". Did their constituents get a vote on this before the "representatives" sent along their request for monitors ? I consider this another assault by the "hate/denigrate the U.S. at any price" group. Where are tar and feathers when needed ?

Also kindly rethink your policy to allow fitting language to describe the above.
