Communism is dead, but its erring is not

The wave of thoughts tending to impose a political system based on some aristocracy of experts (we know it better, so we should rule–e basta!) has not disappeared with the fall of the Wall. It seems to have exploded rather and is now pervading more than ever the world's intelligentsia. That should be explained more and better. Who is writing tomorrow's history books?
