UN observers of US election

I believe our president has lost his mind.
Who will be the observers?
The Europeans who hate us?
The Africans of Asians who have never experienced an election that is open and gives all a chance to vote?
Or perhaps a stooge from a Columbian war lord?

I truly fear for our future.
