Exactly right. Except I think it was 91, not 93... By accepting American guarantees and defensive weapons to counter Saddam's scuds in a deal not to retaliate against attack in the first Gulf War, the Israelis went back on a firm and absolute routine of hitting back whoever hit her. She has been on her heels ever since.
