who was controlling the universe when Jesus was dead after crucifixion

God ordered lambs to be sacrificed not human being.

God as we believe prevented the crucifixion of Jesus and took Jesus to Him before he was crucified

The mythology of Jesus being sacrificed came from Abraham sacrifice of his only son Ishmael at the time, but God in this instance prevented this sacrifice by replacing Ishmeal with a large ram.

Therefore God refuse Human sacrifice

If Jesus was crucified (you mean sacrificed) who was controlling the universe when Jesus was dead
