Reader comment on item: Insight into Obama's Middle East Policy?

Submitted by PDM (United States), Jan 14, 2009 at 05:04

Adopt a prisoner!

Please help shut down the infamous death camp: adoption is the answer. How many Americans would it take? A hundred? Surely there are one hundred Americans who could adopt a (one or more of course!) loving, illegally detained gitmo prisoner - make them US citizens and voila! No more gitmo! Where is the UN? Why isn't someone doing something about this?
