Reader comment on item: Is the Middle East "Freer, More Hopeful, and More Promising"?

Prof. Pipes, is it possible that you exaggerate about Turkey being the most anti-American country in the world? More than Iran? More than Cuba or Venezuela? At a minimum, claiming that a NATO ally is more anti-American than those three countries is the sort of thing that merits some linking and substantiation, at least in my view.

It's been established in poll after poll that fewer Turks are pro-American (about 9 percent) than in any other country. Look it up.
