YNK -- Good comment. You hit on a few key thoughts -- "political correctness" is one of them, as it is an odd term when referring to islamists. Islamists see only one correct vision, and all others are, to them, wrong. Politically correct liberals see all views as worthy of merit. Unfortunately they make allowances for intolerant views when they come from distant lands, but not when they originate at home.

Europe, a neat and fine place in many respects, has opened the door to islamism far too wide. And once opened, it will be nearly impossible to reclose, and to dismiss the radicals living within its midst. Canada is moving to a similar degree toward selling its soul for the sake of political correctness. This leaves America and Australia as two bulwarks against Sharia. And Sharia can be blacklisted and blackballed because of its anti-democratic views.

IHMO, it will be a tough fight for Europe, but one their democratically-leaning politicians can win if they feel committed to prohibiting polygamy, assault and sharia' dominated abuses.
