Why ?

But what on earth is going on?!
Just why are our governments funding known terrorists? There must be a reason, and no doubt it is to do with some sort of conspiracy against Israel, because I can hardly see what else it can be as it is so blatantly wrong. We should be sending a completely different message to terrorists , more like stopping aid unless they get their acts together. For goodness sakes the world has definitely become deranged !
