no end to terror in sight

Despite the huge amount of funds given to the muslims of this area, there are still vicious acts of terror carried out weekly if not daily.

Trying to buy off the terrorists is like trying to buy off a blackmailer or extortionist, it does not work. This is due to the fact that they are getting money and they don't have to stop being the bad person they are.

Maybe saying to the muslims of this area, " hey if you knock off the evil for a while, maybe you will get some money ". It may stop some of the terror. Certainly paying them has not worked.

They have not even stopped talking violent with their "death to Israel" and "death to the west" speeches.
