Reader comment on item: Debate: Islam and Democracy

Submitted by Tim Earl (Singapore), Jul 25, 2003 at 09:53

You can be slaughtered or locked up if you proselytise to Moslems in Moslem majority countries. However, Moslems are at liberty to convert and even marry non-Moslem women in the West to increase their numbers. See how Germany and France with their huge and ever increasing Moslem Turk and Algerian populations became paralysed when it came to supporting the war against a fellowMoslem country, Iraq with the US.
Latin Americans are numerous and hungry. Moslem dahwah (missionary) has already gained a foothold in Latin America and have begun sowing its seeds there. Take for example, many Mexicans are converting to being Moslems. Coupled with their fiery and daring nature I fear for the US in the near future. Saudi Arabia is pouring in funds and zealous imans and preachers into South America relentlessly. Islam is most attractive to poverty-stricken countries. Whats more, its polygamous element is most attractive for extolling maculinity among men. If nothing is done now the Sword of Islam against Chritians and Jews as commanded and promulgated by Mohammed in the Koran will now be outside the US' backdoor.
