Mohammed 's rule by consent and consultation

Dr. Khan said Mohammed ruled Madina by consent and consultation. Perhaps what he meant was that he ruled with the consent of, and conultation with, Allah. Islamic scriptures & history say that everything Mohammed did was instructed by divine revelation and according to Allah's wish including destruction of Bani Quraiza tribe, banishing of Bani Nadir tribe, political asassinations, & legaliziation of slavery and sex with slaves and captured women. A fine example of islamic democracy in action.
