For all the sweet PR talk coming from Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Yemen to name a few of Islamic countries, saying, if only israel vacated this and vacated that, then there and return to to the 1967 border, then, there will be "consideration" for recognition of Israel?

Hello? What prevents these countries in recognizing Israel with its 1967 borders NOW?

The answer is simple. The islamists have not reconciled with a jewish right to "self-determination" in their midst. So long as the islamists have this mind set about everything jewish is evil syndrome, then the islamists are not going to find a solution.
