Double Standard?

Well, now I think I've heard it all! I wonder if, here in the USA if the police had to enter my house I could cajole them into taking off their shoes because I just shampooed my carpet!

"Rapid entry should be a last resort?" When is this tomfoolery expected to implemented in the US? I can hardly wait. Heaven help us!

Are these "guidelines" really and truly being adhered to in the UK?

My parents are English, I was born in Edinbugh, and it saddens me to see the lunacy that passes for Europe these days. Where will it end??
