Enforcement of disclosure rules re agents of foreign entities

We need to force the disclosure of business (MONEY) relationships of public (government) employees, retirees, and most of all former government officials who comment on foreign and/or security matters, i.e. Brent Scowcroft and his business, along with big Jim Baker.
