I would refer you to the Song of Songs, the Holy of the Holies.

Jews see this erotic imagery as referring to the (female) people of Israel and their (male) God.

Christians have seen it as an allegory of the love between Christ and Church, even (somewhat incestually) as between Christ and the Virgin Mary.

The erotic entanglement in the Song of Songs is consensual, nothing is forced.

But I see an unhealthy version of this love story where the partners are not equal, where one is forcing himself on the other.

I'm asking you to see this at least as a possibility...
