In February 2002 (I's not sure of the exact day or month) Bibi Netanyahu was scheduled to speak at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. The program was sponsored by Fiedler Hillel on campus and the Jewish Federation of Chicago. The location was Pick-Staiger Concert Hall, which seats 1,000 people. The event was free with advance tickets given out over the counter at the student union and Hillel house. Additional advance tickets were given out for closed circuit televison broadcast to several other auditoriums on campus.

The program was cancelled the morning of the presentation due to security reasons.

So the Arab students did not have to riot that evening.
