Reader comment on item: CAIR Founded by "Islamic Terrorists"?

Submitted by Elizabeth (United States), Jul 30, 2005 at 15:34

It is no surprise that CAIR has past links to terrorists. Why shouldn't they? They have the same faith, same goals. It is the Western mind that can't grasp this concept. We have the Muslim Brotherhood that was established and the rest came from them. They are all tied together, they fund and support each other. If someone can find a muslim who deep down does not support their struggle, please let me know. Support is just as dangerous. I don't blame them for supporting each other, if I believed like they did, I'd support all the Islamic struggles in the world.

In Washington, D.C. we have "peaceful muslim protests." In Arabic they scream, "Khaybar Khaybar, O Jews, the army of Mohammed is coming for you." Now if this is a message of "peace" I don't know what peace is. There are Islamic schools funded by the Saudis that have textbooks explaining how Jews and Christians are not to be trusted, America is the great satan yada yada yada. Now, is this acceptable? If we want to stop Islamic terrorism, we have to start by shutting these places down. If radio talk show host Michael Graham can be suspended for saying there should be backlash against muslim communities, we can do something about those who preach hate and death to America. Where do we start? In the Islamic schools and Mosques. If we are really serious about ending this, something needs to get done, or we are in for a lot more.
