These things being thought of, many are willing to descend to the probabilities of what will be the final point of ignition; look at Turkey as you are wont to do: their elections are problematic now since, as you have observed along with Dr Pipes, the more Turkey pushes the envelope for consolidated power, the more a Syrian style set of circumstances shift towards an Erdoǧan version of al-Assad. Maybe, if Putin finds supporting Assad is now no longer in his interests and Turkey can support a larger Russian contingent than Tartus, differences in the tactical scenes may make for certain adjustments.
Now moving to the venue of the Trump Administration and its inherent difficulties of administering against the extant political environment that endured the repercussions of not what the republicans wanted almost as much as the democrats, assigning certain ephemeral aspects of the American processes of being redefined as 'conservative' in the face of all other aspects of the changing reality, including making out anyone in the Trump administration as 'anti-Christ' cannot be scripturally supported.
The Daniel scenario is still in effect and the tone and tenor of the pre-apocalyptic America does not yet reflect what the angel said to Daniel. This could change, but it would be dramatically so. This will likely be seen in the encore of the Eagle versus Bear dance now on stage.
As for the LORD hardening Pharaoh's heart, he still had a choice: he merely chose to be wrong.
