Dear Dr. Pipes:

Bravo...by your logic, you are therefore also condoning the US having refused to be active in disrupting the Shoah. After all, they were just Jews, right? In Syria, the estimated 500,000 murdered over the past five years were predominantly just women and children. And gas was used in both events: at least you are being consistent.

I reject the idea that because FDR made the mistake of not taking out the Nazi death camps the United States government must always everywhere and forever make humanitarian concerns its foremost priority.
