Some good ideas there. For the people worried about non-ISIS casualties - the only reason not to bomb the crap out of the region - maybe the US could trial some previously untested EMP bombs which would have the required effect. i.e. the destruction of every microchip within a very large radius.

Then ISIS can truly enjoy living in the 7th century conditions they try so hard to re-create.
