Universal Law or Temporal Will

In Europe there is developed a philosophy of Law - Ten Commandments, Dura Lex Sed Lex, God's Law, Law of Nature, Human Rights, Parlamental Monarchy, Democracy.

In Islam is concept of Will of Allach - Insha 'Allach, Will of the mighty power, Conspiracy Theories, Dictatorship.
