A BARKING DOG DOES NOT BITE

Reader comment on item: On Second Thought … Maybe that Israeli Apology to Turkey was a Good Idea

Submitted by JACQUES HADIDA (United States), Mar 29, 2013 at 13:04

When you first brought up the issue, I disagreed with you and wished to let you know so, but held my voice and said no word. Now you agree that AFTER ALL IT WAS NOT SUCH A BAD IDEA

As for me, who cares using few words of apology and showing that I am smarter ... for in the long term I will be the winner of this action. time will soon tell us.

Sure, let Erdogan's belly inflate with pride, it will be flattened for now we will be closer to see all that is wrong with him. Indeed, in Islam humiliation is the worst insult and all the time they felt it is not so bad after all.

Israel is far from feeling humiliated, common sense is more important. The saying goes, let the dog bark as a barking dog does not bite
