Where is the Homeland Security Department?

Reader comment on item: [Freedom House report on] Saudi Venom in U.S. Mosques

Submitted by Caesar M. Arevalo (United States), Feb 2, 2005 at 01:50

This is just the tip of the iceberg. However, I have a question for President Bush: Why he and his administration are hundred percent involved in bringing peace and democracy to Iraq, while we, in the U. S., have Muslim terrorists who want the destruction of our country and everything that comprises America society? I applaud that democracy is being imported into the Middle East, but what about the situation here in our soil?

It is really disturbing that our colleges, universities, and mainstream media, are fabrics of anti-America intellectualism fostered by communist-lovers professors and radical Muslim activists who on a daily basis trash this blessed country. Now it happened that Arab-financed Mosques of the so called "peace religion" are plotting to destroy America democracy and its institutions.

This is not something new or surprising. True Islam cannot be truly practiced, according to the most radical fundamentalist version of Islam, unless it is the state religion and the sharia law is established as the law of the land. The recent murder of an Egyptian Christian family by, I believe, fundamentalist Muslims is just the tip of the iceberg. I know that the police are investigating the crime, but let's be clear, who else can murder Christians who speak the truth about Islam?

I really hope that the FBI and other law enforcement take action against these terrorists and bring them to justice. The enemy is within and the US Government continues treating Saudi Arabia a "friend." What outrageous and shameful international relation.
