Why all this hatred and venim. I have just recently started looking into blogs about Islam. Its horrifying how much hatred there is out there. The quran does not teach degree murder, The quran was put together over years where events happend that god responded to the prophet with different verses at seperate times. There are verses that tell Muhamed (PBU) how to react in different situations, to oppressions and invasions and plots. I unfortunatly am not a scholar so I can't tell you why or when or under what circumstances, there was a call for peace or call for war. But god no the quran doesn't say to kill all unbelievers, many can say what they want, but kafir is not meant for people who are of the books sent to prophets by god nor is it to athiests who don't start wars against muslims or any innocent human being. under any circumstances what many muslims choose to do or believe does not speak for everyone. Throught out history people have had good times and times of bloodshed and it is now mostly in muslim countries unfortunatly. The grandson of the prophet the son of Ali and fatima daughter of the Prophet (pbut) was slaughtered by a muslim in karbala in Iraq that was one of the worst times for muslims. All Imam Hussain wanted was justice for the muslims who had lost there ways after the prophets death they were turning back to acting like the time before Islam of everyman for himself, killing the weak and trampling the poor and they would not heath the Imams calls to go back to the prophets teachings and the true teachings of the quran. But they killed him and his last words was dying is better than living the unjust people. The quran and the prophet and family of the prophet teach us to be humane not murderers and teach us to dig are heals in and fight back when the only option is to fight back. If here in the U.S. you one day woke up to the news of the President telling you that he has all of government working for his own agenda, or if he told I only want to oppress you not to make your lives richer and your towns and roads better and your weak safer or your poor sleep with a full stomach and so on who would stand for that wouldn't you feel good knowing that god is on your side and that your religions should enable you to have dignity, pride and justice. Look at the bigger picture closer today its the muslim world next it may be your country have some sympathey for humanity's sake.
