i know that you don't have time to learn or read islam neither you are interested , so my suggestion is to watch a moivie called "MESSAGE " it is made by christians on Islam .Hope it will give you a clear picture of Islam that Islam was never cruel and even after defeating enemies they would never trouble Innocents or those who would surrender . please understand that Islam was followed most properly at the time of our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and so the things that he did was Islam and not the things that muslim Kings did or their muslim army did was islam . Please understand the difference in a Islam and muslims kings or any other muslim who is a problem for society. The holy Quran only speaks about fight against the enemies who are in War with you and not killing innocents . If the muslim' kings have persecuted others , then they have not followed Islam , they are criminals and completely agaisnt Islamic teachings.

I would give an example to explain you , a teacher has taught all the studenst for 1yr and at the end of the session after the exam we find that 5 students have failed, then , it is not the book or the teacher that is wrong but the students who have not read the book and learned the lesson properly .. so my brother there are still millions of people who are misguided by religous leaders or criminal elements in society . so do not judge ISlam by what you listen in media or by seeing a criminal muslim or reading history of a tyrant ruler who unfortunatley was a muslim . If you really want to know Islam (Not muslims ) i again insist that don't learn isalm from a muslim , learn it from the Holy Quran , then surely you will know Islam much better and our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
